Each session includes expert guidance on bone health, osteoporosis care, balance, strengthening, and nutrition, followed by a movement class led by a master Pilates and yoga instructor. Participants will leave with practical tools to support bone health and overall well-being in a supportive environment.

Touch A Truck gives kids the chance to get up close to the vehicles they see working around New York City every day – and, in many cases, climb aboard, hop into the driver’s seat, steer and explore these mighty machines for themselves!
