The Plymouth Parents' Association hosts "Seis de Mayo," the school's 17th anniversary fiesta and fundraiser. The event features music, Mexican fare, sangria Ortiz, and a silent and live auction. Adults only. Proceeds benefit PCS and the Scholarship Fund.
