This class is for women who want to address issues that are common in the post-partum body. Emphasis will be placed on rebuilding the strength of the abdomen and pelvic floor and on mobilizing and opening the shoulders. This work is particularly beneficial for women in their first year after childbirth, but mothers of any age are encouraged to join.
