Two of the iconic Tuskegee Airmen share stories of being the first black fighter pilots in America’s Armed Forces at Long Island University’s Brooklyn Campus. Majors Victor Terrelonge and Bill Wheller will share their experiences as part of the Campus’ celebration of Black History Month. A question and answer session will follow the talk.
The public is encouraged to attend the free event, in the Campus’ Dessie Marr Memorial Chapel, third floor of the Student Building. Enter at the Metcalfe Building, located on the corner of Flatbush and DeKalb avenues.
