• Cayuga Man Charged in Auburn Debit Card Theft (fingerlakesdailynews.com) — A 21-year-old resident listing a Cayuga address faces felony and misdemeanor charges after Auburn police say he made an unauthorized ATM withdrawal using a family member’s debit card at a Kwik Fill in Auburn. He turned himself in on May 7, was arraigned in Auburn City Court, and released; he remains presumed innocent while the case proceeds.
   

• Lyons man killed, another hospitalized after Cayuga County motorcycle crash (informnny.com) — A serious crash in Cayuga County left one Lyons motorcyclist dead and another hospitalized after their bikes collided with an SUV at State Route 31 and Brutus Mentz Townline Road in Mentz. An 18-year-old passenger from the SUV was treated in Auburn, and state police say the driver remained on scene and is cooperating.
