Beechwood at the Waterways in Moriches launches pre-construction sales

Jericho, NY, January 6, 2026 – The Beechwood Organization, the largest home builder and developer of sophisticated lifestyle communities on Long Island, has begun pre-construction sales at its newest condominium community for adults aged 55-plus, Beechwood at the Waterways, in Moriches on the south shore of the Suffolk County town of Brookhaven, NY.
In its first phase, Beechwood will build 34 homes sited within the existing development of Waterways at Bay Pointe, a gated community established in 1985 with 346 built and sold homes.
This is the first of three phases and anticipated occupancy of the first phase is late-2026.
