Men Nabbed With Controlled Substance, Weapon: Cops

The two men, one from Moriches, were also charged with intent to sell, police say.

RIVERHEAD, NY — Two men were caught with a controlled substance and a weapon after a traffic stop Sunday, police said.

According to New York State Police, Herman A. Milton, 35, of Moriches, and Anthony M. Bohn, 23, of Riverhead, were arrested on Sunday and charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon, and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop for multiple traffic infractions while traveling northbound on Lake Avenue in Southampton.

Both Milton and Bohn were transported back to New York State Police Barracks Riverside, processed and held for arraignment at Southampton Town Justice Court on Monday, police said.
