100 Years of Giving: Baker-Collyer Cheer Fund
You can help make this banner year a specially generous one for the venerable Ossining charity.
The Baker-Collyer Christmas Cheer Fund is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.
It was started by an Ossining merchant who witnessed two children picking through a garbage pile for food.
Last year, more than 370 needy families in the Ossining area received holiday food baskets due to the Fund’s generous contributors and many volunteers.

The funds go solely to purchase food for the holiday baskets. The administration efforts are handled by volunteers and the baskets are packed and delivered by members of the Ossining Volunteer Fire Department and other community members.
Please consider being part of this 100-year tradition. Contributions can be sent to the Baker-Collyer Cheer Fund, c/o John Crawford, Chairman, PO Box, 508, Ossining, NY 10562 or by calling 914-438-9843 or johngcrawford@aol.com
