16-Year-Old Chappaqua Student Accused of Sex Abuse: Report
The high school student is alleged to have sexually abused a 7-year-old.
A 16-year-old high school boy is accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old child in Chappaqua, reports News 12.
The defendent, a Horace Greeley High School student, is being charged as an adult but his attorneys have petitioned the court to have him tried as a minor.
Details of where the alleged incident took place were not released, but the 16-year-old is accused of taking the male child’s hand and placing it inside the defendant’s pants, according to News 12.
