• Ossining Man Repeatedly Watched Woman Through Her Bathroom Window: Police (patch.com) — Residents in the Town of New Castle, which includes Chappaqua, are being reassured after police arrested a 50-year-old Ossining man accused of repeatedly watching a woman through her bathroom window. Detectives caught the suspect in the act during early-morning surveillance, and while the investigation continues, police say he appears to have acted alone and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
