He was taken into custody at the scene, and arraigned in the Town of New Castle Justice Court on Thursday. Guambana was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear back in court on Nov. 5.

Town of New Castle police were assisted by the Westchester County District Attorney's Office.

Police say the investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be charged. Detectives believe that Guambana was acting alone, and said there is no indication of any ongoing threat or danger to the public.
