Andrew D. Brodnick, Esq. Opens Law Office in Mount Kisco

Andrew D. Brodnick, Esq. is pleased to announce the opening of his law office at 126 Barker Street, Mount Kisco, N.Y. 10549. Brodnick, a resident of Pound Ridge for 21 years, will continue his practice in real estate, land use and commercial, matrimonial and surrogate’s court litigation. He is cited as counsel in officially reported cases involving adverse possession, title disputes, boundary disputes, contractor disputes, contracts of sale, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, reformation, condominium and cooperative law, partition and constructive trust cases. In addition, he has litigated employment law actions, collection cases, general commercial litigation, bankruptcy and civil rights cases, as well as bankruptcy and surrogate’s court litigation.

Brodnick has published several articles in the New York Law Journal and the New York Real Property Law Journal, and has been quoted on real estate topics in the New York Times. He graduated from Boston University in 1979 (B.A.) and Cardozo Law School in 1985 (J.D.) where he was a member of the Law Review. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Real Estate Section of the New York State Bar Association.

In addition, Brodnick has served on the Pound Ridge Planning Board for 16 years, and is a member and current president of the Pound Ridge Lions Club.
