MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the recent incidents to which Westchester County police responded.
Friday, June 28 – 12:30 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to the 300 block of North Bedford Road to assist a man who was feeling dizzy. He was taken by ambulance to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
Thursday, June 27 – 10:16 a.m. -- A manager at Rite-Aid on South Moger Avenue reported that a person took an 18-pack of beer and left the store without paying for it. The manager said he believes he knows who the person is and wants to press charges. An investigation is continuing.

Wednesday, June 26 – 9:42 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Ridge Lane at the request of medical staff at Northern Westchester Hospital Center to locate a man whose wife had been brought to the Emergency Department. Efforts to reach the man by phone had been unsuccessful.
6 p.m. – A resident contacted Westchester County Police to complain that youths regularly ride bicycles and skateboards on the sidewalk on South Moger Avenue. She said there were no youths doing so at this time but she wanted to voice her general complaint.
10:28 a.m. – A resident reported that she was scammed out of $4,000 by a person claiming to be from the IRS. The woman said she received a call saying she was in tax arrears and she followed the caller’s instructions to purchase gift cards and call back with the numbers associated with them. WestchestervCounty Police remind residents that the IRS will not contact taxpayers by phone and will never ask for payment of any kind through gift cards.
Tuesday, June 25 – 5:18 a.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Woodcrest Manor to assist a 90-year-old man who fell and injured his arm. He was transported to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

Monday, June 24 – 1:44 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a wooded area behind Stop N Shop on North Bedford Road on a report that fireworks were being shot off there. Officers canvassed the area with negative results.
10:11 a.m. – A resident of Lawrence Street reported that his car was damaged while it was parked in his driveway overnight.
Sunday, June 23 – 9 p.m. – Jose Suchite, 65, of Sarles Street was charged with Assault 3 rd Degree and Menacing 3 rd Degree, misdemeanors, following a dispute at his home. He is accused of striking a female relative in the presence of two children.
