Bell Middle School Locked Down For Gun Report
Classes and activities have resumed as of 1:45 p.m.

CHAPPAQUA, NY — Bell Middle School went on lockdown Friday at 12:40 p.m. School officials said a student reported seeing a man in the hallway with a gun.
The New Castle Police Department immediately responded to the scene and searched the facility.
The police did not find anyone at Bell who matched the description reported by the student or who was unauthorized to be in the building.
