Chappaqua received a great ranking based on public schools, crime rates, cost of living and family-friendly amenities.

CHAPPAQUA, NY — Chappaqua is one of the best places in New York to live, coming in at the No. 27 spot in the top 100 in Niche.com's 2022 rankings.
The survey was based on public schools, crime rates, cost of living and family-friendly amenities. Data from the U.S. Census, FBI, Bureau of Labor Statistics and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention were also factored in.
