Chappaqua DAR Honor Area Veterans with Wreaths Across America
Polly Cooper Chapter, NSDAR helped sponsor and lay wreaths on 174 veterans graves at local cemeteries

Bedford, NY - The Polly Cooper Chapter, NSDAR honored local veterans with Wreaths Across America by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heros on Saturday, December 14, 2019 at The Old Burial Grounds of Bedford, Bedford Union Cemetery, and Buxton Cemetery in Bedford Hills, NY. Together with the Moses Taylor Jr. American Legion Post 136, 174 wreaths were sponsored and placed on the graves of veterans in the cemetery, with each veteran’s name read and honored aloud.
