Chappaqua Man Faces DWI After Tow-Truck Crash: NYSP

State police from Troop K said they removed 24 impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend.

CHAPPAQUA, NY — State police from Troop K said they removed 24 impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend. Among those accused was a Chappaqua resident who police said rear-ended a tow truck in Mount Pleasant.

On December 15, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Alexander C. Davis, 25, of Chappaqua, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway, and rear-ended a tow truck that was assisting a disabled vehicle. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
