Chappaqua Swimmers Raise Money For Cancer Research
Chappaqua Swim & Tennis participated in Swim Across America.
CHAPPAQUA, NY — Swimmers at Chappaqua Swim & Tennis raised $54,000 for Swim Across America Long Island Sound, a nonprofit organization that raises funds for local cancer research and patient support services.
This was the fourth SAA LIS event of the summer. In all, 126 swimmers at Chappaqua Swim & Tennis participated July 22.
Contributions are still coming in. The money raised will help the organization reach its 2018 goal of $1.1 million.
