MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the recent incidents to which Westchester County Police responded in the village.

Friday, Jan. 13 -- 10:55 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Mount Kisco Elementary School on West Hyatt Avenue on a report that a 10-year- old boy had fallen and injured his arm. The youth was taken by the Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

Thursday, Jan. 12 – 9:27 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to the 600 block on Main Street on a report that a man was lying on the side of the road. The man, who was intoxicated, was taken to the hospital for evaluation.

10:05 p.m. – A motorist reported to Westchester County Police that his car was rear-ended by a brown SUV as he waited to make a left turn from Main Street on to Byram Lake Road. The other vehicle, possibly a Chevrolet Traverse, fled the scene.

4:57 p.m. – Frank Maldonado, 26, of Barker Street was charged with Unlawful Imprisonment and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, misdemeanors, following a domestic disturbance at his residence. He is accused of choking another person and temporarily refusing to let her leave the apartment.

Wednesday, Jan. 11 – 1:52 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to a residence on Maple Avenue to conduct a welfare check on an elderly woman who missed a medical appointment. Officers made contact with the woman and advised the other party that she was fine.

6:52 a.m. – Johan Alberto-Pena, 32, of Moore Avenue was arrested on South Moger Avenue on a warrant charging him with disorderly conduct, a violation. An officer on patrol recognized Alberto-Pena and was aware that he had not appeared in court to answer a disorderly conduct charge he had been cited for previously.

Tuesday, Jan. 10 – 5:58 p.m. – A village resident came to the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street to report that a paycheck he was missing had been cashed by a woman at a local bank. An investigation is continuing.
