Club Pilates To Mark 1st Anniversary In Mount Kisco With Party

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Club Pilates Mount Kisco has hit a milestone, and its owner is excited and proud. The team has planned a celebration of the studio's first anniversary for the weekend of Sept. 15.

“We’re so excited to celebrate this exciting time with clients, new prospects, and local businesses," said owner Sarah Gevinski. "We’ve received amazing raffle prizes from Richard Scott Salon, Whim, Beehive Designer Collective, and Winston’s Restaurant just to name a few. We may even have a local Physical Therapist offer complimentary spinal assessments or mini-massages for all. And cake, of course we’ll have cake! We’re ordering a custom anniversary cake and other treats from La Tulipe here in town. It’ll be a fun event with good energy, our great team, studio friends and family."

Classes will run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day at the studio’s location: 30 E. Main St., including free introductory classes for new prospects.

Club Pilates Mount Kisco first opened its doors in late summer of 2017, when Gevinski decided to take the leap and bring her passion for Pilates to northern Westchester. One year later, with over 350 active clients, the studio is delivering more than 50 classes per week.

Faithful to Joseph Pilates’ original reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price, she said. It welcomes all fitness levels, young and old, male and female.

“We’re so lucky to have this studio here in Mount Kisco,” Gevinski said. “The community has been overwhelmingly supportive of what we’re doing. The best part is that our clients come from all over Northern Westchester to take advantage of our offerings. We’ve built a great team of instructors who love what they do and it shows. We’ve had close to 3,000 workouts inside the studio in just ONE year. It’s wild; you just don’t see that volume of classes in the Pilates world.
