New Castle's annual summer concert series in downtown Chappaqua ended last Wednesday with a performance by '80s style band Holla Bank before a large crowd of folks.
The band's music included several contemporary items, while supporting merchants from in and near town set up tables or play spaces for kids. A table supporting a planned book festival had its own table, with activities such as face painting.
