MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the incidents to which the Westchester County Police responded recently.

Friday, Oct. 14 – 5:08 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to a store on South Moger Avenue after employees reported that a customer’s behavior was making them uncomfortable. The man, who had been in the store for 30 minutes before police were called, left the store after officers spoke with him about the employees’ concerns.

12:02 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Route 133 and Maple Avenue to assist with traffic control after a motorist reported that the left-turn arrow on the intersection’s traffic light was not functioning properly. The state Department of Transportation was also notified.

Thursday, Oct. 13 – 5:30 p.m. – Family members who were cleaning out a deceased relative’s apartment on Spring Street contacted Westchester County Police after they discovered two handguns in the residence. The weapons were turned over to county police for safekeeping.

1:50 p.m. -- 8:29 a.m. – Westchester County Police received a complaint about an illegally parked vehicle on Hillside Avenue. The Parking Authority was dispatched and a summons was issued.

Wednesday, Oct. 12 – 7:22 p.m. -- Westchester County Police served a temporary Order of Protection to a resident of Hyatt Avenue that bars him from having any contact with the person named in the Family Court-issued order. The man was also issued a court order requiring him to appear in Westchester Family Court at a future date.

3:18 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to a bank on South Moger Avenue after a woman became disorderly after the bank refused to cash a check she had presented to a teller. The woman agreed to leave the bank when an officer arrived and to pursue the matter with the company that had issued her the check.

1:21 p.m. -- Westchester County Police assisted an elderly woman who was having difficulty breathing at the Caremount Medical Group offices on South Bedford Road. She was taken by ambulance to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

Tuesday, Oct. 11 – 1:13 p.m. – A woman came to the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street to report that she had lost her wallet while vacationing in Paris. The woman, who had already canceled her credit cards, was seeking information on how to replace her driver’s license. She was provided with a DMV form to assist her in doing so.

12:04 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Radio Circle on a report of a disturbance between two females. The dispute was determined to be only verbal in nature and the two parties were advised to go their separate ways.

Monday, Oct. 10 – 12:35 a.m. -- Westchester County Police issued a summons to a 49-year-old man after he was observed urinating in a parking lot on South Moger Avenue. The summons for Public Urination is returnable Dec. 8 in Mount Kisco Justice Court.
