MOUNT KISCO, NY — State police from Troop K removed 27 impaired drivers from local roads during the weekend of Oct. 5. Those included arrests in Mount Kisco, New Castle and North Castle, and a Mount Kisco resident in Somers.

On October 7, State Police from SP Somers arrested Wilmer A. Gonzalez Melchor, 25, of Mount Kisco, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 202 in the town of Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.

On October 7, State Police from SP Somers arrested Dagoberto Germosen, 51, of Bristol, CT, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of North Castle, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
On October 7, State Police from SP Somers arrested Agustin G. Abinada Roman, 32, of Bedford, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Lexington Avenue in the village of Mount Kisco, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.

On October 8, State Police from SP Hawthorne arrested Ibrahim O. Clarke, 41, of Queens, NY, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of New Castle, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
