DWI Checkpoint on Route 22 overnight Saturday
State and North Castle police made two arrests.

On Saturday, the New York State Police conducted a joint agency DWI Sobriety Check Point with the North Castle Police Department on Route 22 in Armonk.
During the detail the following arrests were made:
Michael Ventorino, from Armonk, NY provided a breath sample that indicated he had a .18 percent BAC and was charged with aggravated DWI.

In addition to the DWI arrest there was also an arrest made for Criminal Possession of Marijuana, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
All subjects were issued tickets to appear in the Town of North Castle Court on Oct. 20, 2016 at 5PM.
