DWI, Stolen Plates; Mischief: Mount Kisco Police Blotter

Here are some of the incidents Westchester County Police responded to last week.



Friday, Aug. 21 – 8:48 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to an activated burglar alarm at a residence on Lenox Place. It was determined that the alarm system had malfunctioned. The homeowner said she would contact the alarm company to make a repair.

Thursday, Aug. 20 – 4:41 p.m. – A Bronx resident employed at a business on North Bedford Road reported that the license plates on her car had been stolen. The woman contacted Westchester County Police to report the theft when she noticed the plates were no longer on her vehicle. She was unsure when and where the theft had occurred.

Wednesday, Aug. 19 – 10:18 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Diplomat Towers on a report of shots fired in the area. It was determined that two men had set off some fireworks near the pool and then left the property.

3:35 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to West Way after a resident complained that a white SUV parked there did not belong to anyone who lives on the block. The complainant was advised that the vehicle was legally parked and that no police action was required.

Tuesday, Aug. 18 – 11:42 p.m. – Kiersten Hogle, 47, of Greenwich, Conn., was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Main and Green streets by Westchester County Police Officer David Dirienzo. She is due to answer the charge in Mount Kisco Justice Court on Aug. 27.

Sunday, Aug. 16 – 1:50 a.m. – Nervin Crisostomo-Garcia, 26, of Regent Drive, Mount Kisco, was charged with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, a misdemeanor, and Harassment 2nd Degree, a violation, following a dispute he had with another man near 3 Main Street. He is accused of grabbing the man by the throat and kicking the man’s car, causing some damage. He was taken into custody near 33 Main Street and was subsequently released pending an Aug. 27 appearance in Mount Kisco Justice Court.
