An Afternoon of Italian Art Songs and Arias - A benefit for the National Center for Children in Poverty

A recital with soprano Briana Sakamoto and pianist Pej Reitz. A short program chock full of favorites.
I'll have just returned from the Florence Voice Seminar. During this three week program I'll have lessons with Benita Valente (my current teacher), Sally Wolf and others. I'll sing in a master class with James Conlon. The program culminates with two concerts of songs, arias and opera scenes.
To celebrate, I'll share all I've learned in the boot of Europe with my Westchester friends! All proceeds will go to the National Center for Children in Poverty, a division of the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University. Find out more about the cause at www.nccp.org
