MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the calls to which Westchester County police responded in the village.
Thursday, Aug. 16 – 12:34 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Kirby Plaza on a report that a man had fallen in the street after getting off a Metro-North train. Upon arrival, officers were told by a witness that the apparently intoxicated man had gotten into a taxi and left the area.
Wednesday, Aug. 15 – 8:13 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Carpenter Avenue after a caller reported hearing people yelling and arguing inside an apartment there. Officers determined that the noise was the result of a boxing match that the resident was watching on television.

11 a.m. – Zackary Frey, 27, of Stewart Place was charged with Reckless Driving, a misdemeanor, and Speed Not Reasonable or Prudent, a violation, after a woman reported that she and her daughter were almost struck by his car as he drove erratically through a parking lot on Stewart Place. He was released pending an Aug. 23 appearance in Mount Kisco Justice Court.
Tuesday, Aug. 14 – 9:05 a.m. – The Mount Kisco Parks and Recreation Department reported that someone broke into the electrical room at the Tea House in Leonard Park overnight. Nothing was taken from the room. The cost of repairing damage to the door’s lock was estimated at $200.

Monday, Aug. 13 – 11:01 a.m. – The owner of a Subaru Legacy reported that her vehicle was damaged by a hit-and-run driver while the car was parked outside 110 South Bedford Road.
10:59 a.m. – The owner of a business on South Moger Avenue reported that a former employee is harassing other employees by sending them unwanted mail or approaching them on the street. An investigation is continuing.
7:20 a.m. – The owner of a vehicle reported that his car was vandalized while it was parked on Carpenter Avenue overnight. A tire was flattened and spray paint was applied to one side of the vehicle.
