Fire Alarm Error; Peculation Accusation; Guys Loitering in Groups: Mount Kisco Police Blotter
Here are some of the recent incidents reported by the Westchester County Police.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the incidents to which Westchester County Police responded recently.
Friday, Sept. 23 – 11:35 a.m. – Westchester County Police and the Mount Kisco Fire Department responded to Pinecrest Manor on Amuso Driver due to an activated fire alarm. Upon arrival, first responders discovered that technicians working on the system had activated it in error.
Thursday, Sept. 22 – 9:31 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Woodland Street on a complaint that a car was blocking a driveway. A summons was issued.

7:50 p.m. – Kevin Fulgenzi, 46, of Westchester Avenue, Thornwood, was charged with Bail Jumping 3 rd Degree, a misdemeanor, after he was turned over to Westchester County Police by Putnam County authorities. Fulgenzi was arrested on a warrant issued by Mount Kisco Justice Court in September 2013 after he failed to appear in court to answer a charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3 rd Degree, a misdemeanor.
4:47 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Spring Street on a report that a group of men were loitering in the front yard of a house there. Since none of the men lived at the home, the group was asked to leave the property.

1:01 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a business on Radio Circle on a report that an employee had apparently used company funds to pay a personal bill. The investigation was turned over to detectives.
12:49 p.m. – A resident of West Street reported that someone had stolen the front license plate off his car overnight.
Wednesday, Sept. 21 – 8:25 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to Blackeby Place on a report that a group of men were drinking beer there. No alcohol was observed by officers and the group dispersed.
Monday, Sept. 19 – 8:45 a.m. – A village resident reported that someone flattened the tires on her car while it was parked on Amuso Drive overnight.
