Gun, Bomb Hoax/ Sideswiped on the Saw Mill: Mount Kisco Police Blotter
plus baseball bat used as weapon; sparks from a light pole and more

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the recent incidents to which Westchester County Police responded:
Sunday, Dec. 4 — 10:46 a.m. – A 17-year-old was arrested at a home on Maple Avenue after he allegedly struck another person with a baseball bat during a domestic dispute. The youth was charged with Assault 3rd Degree.
Saturday, Dec. 3 – 9:27 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to South Moger Avenue on a report of an intoxicated man in front of a store. The man was transported to Northern Westchester Hospital Center for evaluation.

8:52 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Burger King on North Bedford Road on a report of dispute among some customers. The matter was resolved and all parties went their separate ways.
1:25 p.m. – Police, firefighters and Con Edison responded to the Brookside condominiums on Park Drive on a report of an odor of gas in the complex. Con Edison was able to correct the issue.

Friday, Dec. 2 – 12:25 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to CVS on South Bedford Road after an employee received a call from a man who claimed that two people with automatic weapons and a bomb were in the store parking lot. The incident was determined to be a hoax and patrol officers turned the matter over to detectives for continued investigation.
Thursday, Dec. 1 – 9:23 a.m. – A motorist reported to Westchester County Police that his car was sideswiped by another vehicle as he drove south on the Saw Mill River Parkway near Route 133. The suspect vehicle exited on to Route 133 and fled the area. The victim was able to get a license plate number and detectives are conducting a follow-up investigation.
Wednesday, Nov. 30 –1:39 p.m. -- Westchester County Police assisted an elderly woman who was having difficulty breathing at a business on East Main Street. She was taken by Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
Tuesday, Nov. 29 – 9:20 p.m. -- Sparks were observed coming from a light pole on Grove Street. Con Edison was notified and a repair was made.
