HomeGoods Property Sold In Mount Kisco
HomeGoods has a 1-year lease for the location, plus an option to renew.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — An unnamed buyer has purchased the Mount Kisco property leased by HomeGoods. It was sold by Kemper Corporation, a White Plains-based developer, to a private buyer for $6.8 million.
The sale of the property is part of a $20 million transaction, per New York-based brokerage firm B+E, which represented Kemper in the sale, the Journal News reported.
HomeGoods, which is located at 3 Main St., has a 10-year lease with a renewal option of 4.5 years.
