Interfaith Council Holds Blood Drive in Memory of Those who Perished in Harlem Line Tragedy

The Chappaqua Interfaith Council has organized a blood donation drive for this Sunday, 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 8 at Temple Beth El.

It’s a way of responding to the tragedy of Tuesday’s train collision in Mount Pleasant which killed six people, three with strong local ties.

Representatives from the New York Blood Center will be on hand to take donations. Temple Beth El is located at 220 South Bedford Road, Chappaqua.
