Julie is a mother of two with a full time career. It would be very easy for her to make excuses to not be training. Instead she chooses to stay healthy and fit training kickboxing and jiu-jitsu two or three times a week at my school. Over the past two years she has gained an incredible amount of self confidence while working hard to get in shape. She recently even talked her husband in to trying and he is doing amazing. Her story should inspire us all. With every opportunity to take the easy way out she pushes forward and challenges herself every week. You can see it in the look on her face after her class is over that she would have it no other way. Great job Julie! Keep it up.
