CHAPPAQUA, New York, January 31, 2014 – World Cup Gymnastics participated in the West Point Open at West Point Military Academy on January 19, 2014.
Pleasantville native, Bryce Polenz competed for World Cup Gymnastics in the Level 5 competition. He took home the first place win by earning the highest score on High Bar, second highest on Rings, and fourth on Floor and Pommel Horse.
Bryce is no stranger to the podium, earning the title of top Level 4 gymnast at the 2013 New York State Championships last March. He is looking forward to defending his title this March in Binghamton. His coach, Bob Kayser, said "I am lucky to coach a boy with so much potential. He sets himself apart from other competitors by being adept at all 6 of the men's gymnastics events. Being so strong at his young age gives him a clear advantage. I am proud of his accomplishments and hope to coach him for years to come."

World Cup Gymnastics has a history of winning. 2011 World Championships Medalist, 2012 Olympic Team Member and 2013 World Championships Medalist John Orozco trained in Chappaqua for 10 years. He currently trains at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado. He is widely regarded as one of the top USA gymnast.
World Cup Gymnastics in Chappaqua, NY offers programs for children ages 3 months to 16 years of age. Their boys and girls competitive teams compete in state, regional and national championships.
