Billed as an "adventure race," this 3-mile obstacle run will benefit the regional trauma center at Westchester Medical Center.
It'll take place on the grounds of the hospital in Valhalla on Sept. 22, the fall equinox. The organizers say it works as either a fun group activity—or something unique for the seasoned runner who wants a challenge.
