Missing Cash/ Broken Egg Hazard/ Bicycle Stolen at the Mount Kisco Station

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the recent incidents to which the Westchester County Police responded in the village:
Friday, Sept. 30 – 8:54 a.m. – A Lexington Avenue resident reported to Westchester County Police that her daughter fell and suffered several lacerations the day before because she slipped on broken eggs on the sidewalk. The girl’s mother said she wanted to file a report to document her complaint.
Thursday, Sept. 29 – 9:03 p.m. – Dominic Mignogno, 58, of Lawrence Street, Mount Kisco, was charged with Criminal Contempt 1 st Degree, a felony, after he was found to be in violation of a court-issued Order of Protection. He is accused of being on property on Lawrence Street that he is barred from entering under the order of protection. He was remanded to the Westchester County Jail in Valhalla following arraignment and is due back in Mount Kisco Justice Court on Oct. 6.

7:40 p.m. – An employee of a business on Kisco Avenue reported to Westchester County Police that she was afraid to leave work because two men she did not know were in the parking lot of her business. An officer escorted the woman to her car and determined that the two men were there because their car had broken down and they were waiting for help.
Wednesday, Sept. 28 – 5:53 p.m. – A business owner on Main Street reported receiving threatening text messages from a relative of a client. The case was turned over to detectives for investigation.

3:01 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to Kiscona Road to assist a woman who was having a seizure. She was subsequently taken by ambulance to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.
10:59 a.m. – A village resident reported to Westchester County Police that $600 in cash was missing from her home following visit by a cleaning service on Sept. 22.
Tuesday, Sept. 26 – 8:32 p.m. – A village resident reported that her bicycle was stolen from the Mount Kisco railroad station lot during the day. The woman said she had secured the bicycle with a lock at 9:30 a.m. but the bike was gone when she returned at 6:30 p.m.
