Mount Kisco Medical Group Expanding Northward
The multispecialty group practice is buying another group practice, according to the Westchester Business Journal.
Mount Kisco Medical Group is buying Mid-Hudson Medical Group PC, based in Fishkill, the Westchester Business Journal reports.
The acquisition is effective Jan. 1, 2015.
Dr. Scott D. Hayworth, president and CEO of Mount Kisco Medical Group PC, told the Westchester Business Journal that most of the Mid-Hudson Medical Group’s 746 employees will work for MKMG—in jobs they will apply for as individuals.

MKMG just announced a new partnership in Southern Westchester—with Memorial Sloan Kettering (MSK) Cancer Center to provide supporting clinical services at MSK’s new outpatient cancer treatment facility in West Harrison.
Now it will also grow northward, up as far as Ulster County.
