MOUNT KISCO, NY — Police put out a text alert at 4:39 p.m. Friday about a missing child.
Sandy Arriola-Herrera is a 7-year-old Hispanic girl. Last seen at Mount Kisco Elementary School at 3:05 p.m., she was wearing green shorts and white sneakers, police said.
