Mount Kisco Resident Picked Up In Weekend DWI Crackdown
State police from Troop K said they removed 24 impaired drivers from the roads.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — New York state police in Troop K said they removed 24 allegedly impaired drivers from the roads over the weekend. One of them was a Mount Kisco resident.
On Sept. 7, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Michele Drella, 53, of Mount Kisco, NY, for DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by alcohol, police allege.

On Sept. 7, State Police from SP East Fishkill arrested Richard D. Rzasa, 27, of Brookfield, CT, for DWAI Drugs and Alcohol, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Kent, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol and drugs, as well as in possession of approximately 3.2 grams of a substance believed to be Fentanyl, police said.
On Sept. 8, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Robin Garcia, 32, of Croton-On-Hudson, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.

On Sept. 8, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Nicole M. Greco, age 26, of Carmel, NY, for DWAI Drugs, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree, both misdemeanors. She was traveling on State Route 22 in the town of Patterson, when she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs, and in possession of approximately 1.9 grams of heroin, police said.
On Sept. 8, State Police from SP Somers arrested Dean R. Roberti, 33, of Brewster, NY, for DWI and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, both misdemeanors. He was traveling on State Router 202 in the town of Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol with a suspended license, police allege.
On Sept. 8, State Police from SP Somers arrested Raul H. Sada, 33, of Carmel, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 6 in the town of Yorktown, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On Sept. 8, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Jose A. Villeda Ramirez, 24, of Brewster, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Prospect Street in the village of Brewster, when he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
On Sept. 9, State Police from SP Somers arrested John M. Shallo, 33, of Carmel, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Lovell Street in the town of Somers, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On Sept. 9, State Police from SP Cortlandt arrested Denzel Marchese, 27, of Cortlandt, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9N in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
On Sept. 9, State Police from SP Brewster arrested Celvin A. Miranda Roque, 33, of Brewster, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Main Street in the village of Brewster, when he was involved in a motor vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police allege.
