National Healthcare Decisions Day at the Mount Kisco Library

In Westchester only 25% of residents 18 and older have a Health Care Proxy. We all need a Health Care Proxy so that someone we trust can make healthcare decisions for us in case we lose capacity to make these decisions for ourselves. Completing a Health Care Proxy and having a conversation about our wishes and goals with our families and loved ones is our gift to them. We save them the burden of not knowing what we would want.
