New Castle Democratic Committee Begins IDing 2019 Candidates
New York State is poised to change the primary date to coincide with the primary date for Federal candidates.

From the New Castle Democratic Committee
The New Castle Democratic Committee is interviewing candidates for the November 2019 election for New Castle Town Supervisor and two Town Board seats.
According to Nominations & Candidate Development Committee Chair Jane Silverman “we have identified several potential candidates with whom we are talking, but we always are looking for new people to get involved and bring new strengths to our Town government.”

This year’s elections will be held November 5, 2019. Although the Board of Elections has not fixed the dates yet, petitions for Town Supervisor and Town Board candidates are expected to be circulated on February 26, 2019 as New York State is poised to change the primary date to coincide with the primary date for Federal candidates.
