The New Castle Diversity & Inclusion Committee was launched last spring. Its mission is to create a culture of inclusion, tolerance and acceptance for community members and friends of the Town of New Castle -- made up of people of diverse backgrounds, including, but not limited to race, age, income, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation and a range of political affiliations. Our strategies and efforts will be nonpartisan and solely focused on promoting this message of inclusion via educational, cultural and community-wide events, programs and collaterals for children and adults of all ages and backgrounds.
