New Italian Deli to Open at Former Bueti's Site

Giuliano's, owned by the same brothers who run Gerardo's Pizzeria, Restaurant & Catering next door, will open this fall.

A new deli will occupy the former site of Bueti's Delicatessen. Giuliano's Italian Delicatessen, owned by Robert and Gerard Giuliano, will open sometime in the fall, before Thanksgiving.

The Giuliano brothers also own Gerardo's Pizzeria, Restaurant & Catering, which is located next door, and have been in business since 2005. In February, when Bueti's shut down and its site opened up, they decided to take the opportunity to answer the call that their loyal pizzeria customers have been making for years.

Having been in the restaurant business for more than 25 years and with a record of successful delis, pizzerias, and restaurants to their names, the Giulianos believe that they are more than capable of providing Mount Kisco with things like "fresh mozzarella, cold cuts, great bread, and hard to find items." The deli will provide the community with the ability to go home and make their own gourmet sandwiches and Italian meals.

Although owned by the same family, Giuliano's and Gerardo's will be two completely separate entities capable of running independently of one another. As with Gerardo's, there will be free parking in the rear of the building.
