Northern Westchester Hospital Gets 29 on the "New York Best Doctors" List

Doctors affiliated with the Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mount Kisco were among those listed this week in the 18th edition of New York magazine’s annual “New York’s Best Doctors” issue.

They were among the 147 physicians in the North Shore-LIJ system who made the list. The list is compiled based on peer-review surveys conducted by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a New York-based research and information company.

The cumulative total represents the largest number of North Shore-LIJ physicians selected by the magazine since it began publishing its “Best Doctors” edition, a North Shore-LIJ spokesman said.

This year’s edition of New York magazine listed a total of 1,282 physicians with 64 different specialties from all five boroughs and surrounding areas.
