Obscene Calls, Drunk Wife, Towed For Tickets: Mount Kisco Blotter

Here are some of the recent incidents to which police responded in the village.

MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the most recent incidents to which Westchester County police responded in the village.

Friday, Jan. 4 – 5:35 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to the Boys & Girls Club on East Main Street on a report that a man was walking through the parking lot and screaming at people. The man left the property prior to officers’ arrival.

11:48 a.m. – Westchester County Police assisted a 53-year-old man on Radio Circle who was suffering from low blood pressure and unable to walk. The Mount Kisco Volunteer Ambulance Corps responded and transported the man to Northern Westchester Hospital Center.

10:10 a.m. – A resident of Turner Lane contacted Westchester County Police to request that a speed limit sign be posted on her street.

Thursday, Jan. 3 – 3:20 p.m. – An employee at a store on East Main reported that she had received two obscene phone calls from a male caller. The matter remains under investigation.

Wednesday, Jan. 2 – 8:25 p.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a residence in the Timber Ridge complex after a 911 hang-up call was received. A person in the home said she had dialed 911 in error.

9:24 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to a domestic dispute on Carpenter Avenue involving a woman and the father of her child. The father wanted to take the child for the evening and an argument ensued when the mother refused. The father, who does not have any legal custody of the child or visitation rights, was escorted from the premises.

7:50 a.m. – A scofflaw vehicle with multiple unpaid tickets was located on West Street and towed from the scene.

Tuesday, Jan. 1 – 2:55 a.m. – – Westchester County Police responded to Laurel Drive on a report of a domestic dispute. A man at the residence said his wife had been drinking and scratched him on the neck during an argument. He did not wish to press charges but asked for the incident to be documented.
