UPDATE, 8:41 p.m. — New Castle police said Old Roaring Brook Road is fully open.
CHAPPAQUA, NY — Old Roaring Brook Road is closed Wednesday morning in both directions near Allison Lane, New Castle police said.
A large tree fell on the road Tuesday evening, knocking down a utility pole and live wires on Old Roaring Brook Road.
