Open Door Foundation Honors Chappaqua Resident

CHAPPAQUA, NY — The Open Door Foundation honored Chappaqua resident Dan Blum at its fall gala. Blum, the president & CEO of Phelps Hospital Northwell Health, received the Industry Leadership Award.

Tune In To Support Open Door is the Open Door Foundation’s signature fall event. It raises funds for critical services that are not covered by third-party reimbursements or government grants and cost more than $2.5 million annually.

Open Door provides more than 300,000 patient visits annually and serves nearly 57,000 people annually, many of whom might not otherwise have access to medical services.
