The New Castle Police Department reports that part Old Roaring Brook Road is closed Thursday morning while Con Ed's tree service does tree work.
The trimming will require the road closed between Brandon Drive and Hoffman Road while the work is being performed, police said.
The roadway is expected to reopen by noon.
