MOUNT KISCO, NY — Here are some of the calls to which Westchester County police responded in the village:
Friday, Dec. 7 – 3:59 p.m. – A resident of Barker Street reported an icing condition on the roadway. The Mount Kisco Highway Department was notified.
11:55 a.m. – A village resident came to the Westchester County Police precinct on Green Street to report that he had lost a set of license plates for a vehicle he owns. He was provided with information and forms to get a replacement set from DMV.

1:40 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to the Mount Kisco train station on a report of a person possibly tampering with the ticket machines. Officers located a woman who said she was homeless and was checking the machines for any money that might have been left behind. A check of her ID uncovered a warrant for her arrest issued by New York State Police in Brewster on charges of Criminal Mischief 4 th Degree, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. Susan Adams, 57, was held at the Green Street precinct until troopers arrived to take her into custody.
Thursday, Dec. 6 – 3:02 p.m. – Westchester County Police arrested two people after they were found siphoning cooking oil from a large storage container behind Stop N Shop on North Bedford Road. The oil they had removed was valued at $292. Federico Ferreira, 33, of Yonkers and Yocany Rojas, 29, of the Bronx were each charged with Petit Larceny, a misdemeanor. A van in their possession, which was outfitted with hoses, two large storage containers and a generator, was impounded. The pair was released on $100 bail pending a Dec. 13 appearance in Mount Kisco Justice Court.

9:55 a.m. – Westchester County Police responded to the Guard Hill condominium complex on a report of an odor of gas. Con Edison and the Mount Kisco Fire Department were notified to respond.
Wednesday, Dec. 5 – 12:47 p.m. -- Westchester County Police responded to the Mount Kisco train station on a report that a man was behaving erratically. When an officer arrived he was advised that the man had boarded a train. MTA Police were notified.
Tuesday, Dec. 4 – 9:30 a.m. – A woman who works on Carpenter Avenue reported that someone entered her car the previous Friday and stole her wallet containing $1,000 in cash, a credit card and a ring valued at $4,000 from the center console. The woman said that she apparently left the vehicle unlocked while it was unattended from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. She said she did not discover the wallet was missing until later that night.
