There's still time to sign the Clinton Foundation's birthday card.
The Clinton Foundation set up an online birthday card for President Bill Clinton’s 68th, which is today.
And to encourage things along, Kevin Spacey, playing his demon politician role from “House of Cards,” made a call as Frank Underwood pretending to be Clinton....it’s complicated but it’s funny.
