NEW YORK CITY — BAM Labs, a strength-training concept with locations in Madrid and Mexico, will open its first U.S. studio at 150 Fifth Ave. in Flatiron this fall.
The 11,000-plus-square-foot studio will open on Nov. 30 and offer members individual strength-training stations equipped with the necessary equipment and an iPad for each class.
The system will track members' weights, progress, injuries and movement notes from session to session.
The studio will also feature a Friends in Common specialty coffee shop, giving the new location a space for members to gather beyond their workouts.
